Okay so maybe I technically posted this on Sunday but at least I tried this time.

It's that time of the month, I guess.

Also it's Saturday. At 10:43 PM. I suck as a human bean. Also, I'm not proof reading this so you're just going to have to suck it, okay?

Same.
First, let me reply to your posts.
Grace, I entirely relate to your winter blues. There's something about the icky weather and icky effect it has on people that just makes February unbearable.

Laura, like so, being an  adult probably does suck. But like, I also kind of don't think adults really exist because like high school never really ends and all adults are children. But that's just me, like personally.
Donald Trump has convince me that adults don't actually exist.
Mercy, I entirely stand where you're coming from. I really just can't stand myself most of the time. Because, like honestly, have you ever heard the shit that comes out of my mouth? I mean really I should really just get my mouth removed because that would be probably be better for humanity. ALSO CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE FREAKING HAMILTON GRAMMY PERFORMANCE? IT KILLED ME.

AND WHEN THEY WON A GRAMMY JUST LIKE LIN'S SPEECH AND JUST I'M DONE

So, how's my month been, you may ask? It's been good, I might answer. Actually I wouldn't say that my moth has been good. Not to say it has been bad, of course. It hasn't really been a anything at all. Since last I wrote you, not much has happened.
Mercy turned 17 this past Wednesday, which is pretty cool. I hope my dearest, that you had the loveliest of all birthdays! And that your 17th year will be the year in which you grow in your understand of the world and yourself, and I also hope that it is the year that Larry comes out, because I know that would bring you countless joys.

Mercy, as you all know, stayed last weekend, which was so nice. The thing I love about The Foursome is that the is literally no expectations in our friendship. When we hangout, no one is required to wear real pants and the majority of what we do is take naps and just sit in each others presence. Because just being together is enough. And when we do talk, we hold nothing back. We don't have to lie to one another about anything. Our relationship is like coming home again after you've been away a while, and getting to sleep in your own bed. It is safe. It is comfortable. And I don't think I'll ever be thankful enough for it.

This is for all of you <3

Enough of this cheesy nonsense.

I've read some pretty great books in the last month. Well, I've read a couple great books because I have school (read: I require a sloth-like amount of sleep everyday) and literally no attention span whatsoever. So I only read a couple of books this month, but they were all pretty good.
Firstly, Room by, Emma Donnoghue, (which was just made into a movie that is nominated for best picture at the Oscars).
It's the story of a college student who gets abducted when she is 19. The story is told from the point of view of her son Jack, who is the product of the abductors rape. Jack, who is 5, has only ever been in a single room. In his mind, Room is the whole world.
I was expecting it to be like, really depressing and hard to read, because kidnapping and rape are kind of, you know, heavy topics. However it wasn't.
It was just really good and you all need to read it/watch the movie because I know none of y'all have time to read books.

Secondly, I read We Were Liars by, E. Lockhart. I picked it up because John Green had a quote on the back of it and I needed to read some crappy young adult fiction. I went into this book with zero expectations. But I came out of it internally screaming like a legiteral maniac.
I can't tell you anything about this book without spoiling it or making it sound really really shitty, but believe me when I say it was one of the best young adult fiction books I've read in a long time.
And the freaking ending. It has this great plot twist ending that will absolutely destroy you, but it's totally called for.
It was so good. Just so good. You have to read it.

Another good book I  read this month was Speak by, Laurie Halse Anderson but I don't really have time to talk about it because it's almost midnight. It was just really good young adult fiction that you should definitely read. It really made me think.

This month was pretty alright book-wise I guess. Except for when I woke up Friday morning (read: afternoon) to discover that Harper Lee died, which kind of destroyed me. I know it's unreasonable to think  that I would ever get to meet her or whatever, but just knowing that she was alive and could still possibly write another book made me really hopeful. After she published To Kill a Mockingbird she couldn't write anything again and became essentially a hermit. And like, I get that she wrote one of the greatest works of American literature ever, but it still made me sad that she never wrote anything else. I mean, at least she was alive to see Go Set a Watchman published, but I don't know. She was just one of my favorite authors and she's not alive any more. And that makes me really sad. I spent my Friday night watching To Kill a Mockingbird on Netflix and trying not to cry. So that kind of sucked.
Also Donald Trump won the South Carolina primary, which made me lose just that much more faith in humanity.
So that was February. It was...a month.
Write you again next month.

In which Rose roasts the presidential candidates, because she has nothing else better to do.

Okay so it's Tuesday.

I woke up early this morning at 7 and was craving poached eggs so bad that I couldn't get back to sleep so I got up and ate breakfast, and finished school super early and had some time on my hands so I decided to start my post. I'm not a person to do things on time or like, at all, but sometimes I get in really productive moods and I like just like can't stop doing things. It almost never happens and usually it's rare to see me in a vertical position at any given, so when these moods come around I try to make the most of them.
Long story short, I decided to start this post now.
Okay, so I'm supposed to be updating you guys on my life, right? I don't really do anything with my life...The Wife got me obsessed with Hamliton and I have done virtually nothing but listen t the soundtrack for the last week. It combines my 3 of my favorite things: history, politics, and underlying gay subplots. It's trifecta of awesomeness some would say. I of course wouldn't say that because I have class. Or I like to think that I do anyway.
I've done a lost of ranting about politics lately. I can hear people getting bored with me, but it just keeps coming out, like word vomit. I can't help myself. Every time I hear the name Trump I go on a verbal rampage about how The Don isn't actually a human being. He's a golden raisin with hair. He is a ignorant, racist, sexiest, idiot who does not need to be the president of the most diverse country in the whole entire world. I don't hate a lot of people actually that's a lie, I hate a lot of people. But I don't hate anyone quite as much as I hate Donald Trump.

The resemblance is striking

Don't even get me started on Hillary. I mean, I would love, love, love a female president. But I don't think Hillary is the lady for the job. She changes her views every time a election rolls around and, even though she's just about the only candidate with foreign policy experience, I  think she would be a disaster on the worlds stage what with the whole Benghazi thing. Not to mention she has actually referred to the republicans as her enemies and I don't really think America needs a president who is unable to compromise their political agenda for the good of getting shit done.
Which brings me to Ted Cruz. Do you remember that time, maybe one or two years ago when the government shut down? Yeah, that was because of Ted Cruz. He would not compromise. He literally spent 21 hours on the senate floor filibustering because he didn't like Obamacare. I don't know about you, but these are not the qualities I look for in a president. Also, can we talk about the name people like Ted Cruz give evangelical cristians tians? No where in the bible does it give us the right to be arrogant and hateful. But people like Ted Cruz make it look like it does, and I don't like that.
Of course then there's Bernie Sanders. Now I will give Bernie that he has an awful lot of good ideas, (well kind of). However he is a self described socialist and, as history has proved time and again, socialism is a good idea that doesn't really work. Also, Bernie's foreign policy would, more likely than not, be an absolute disaster as he very, very liberal. And he looks like a Muppet.

But at least he's not a douche canoe like all the other candidates. He's a feminist and he supports Black Lives Matter so that's cool. Also he's promising free college tuition and since I'm looking at being in debt for the rest of my life, I'm willing to over look just anything he says or does because I really don't want to bear the weight of soul crushing debt until I can find myself a sugar daddy, ya know? I also don't want to have to find myself a sugar daddy.
Basically, I don't like any of the idiots who are ahead in the poles. Marco Rubio is okay? I didn't expect it to come to this, as I hated Marco Rubio just 2 months ago because he is very immature and a little too conservative for me, but honestly he's not as bad as Ted or The Don. He at least seems to have half a brain. He has basic republican points of view which, aren't so bad. He doesn't seem like such an idiot all the time, entirely.
There's always Jeb! but then again, there isn't Jeb! because this country doesn't really need another Bush this millennium.
There's Chris Christie, but honestly I don't really know any of his views because in every debate I've watched he's just complained about Obama.
Ben Carson blew his chances of becoming president because he's too quiet and logical, and let's be honest America does not want quiet and logical.
Is there anyone else really running for president?
I mean, there's Martin O'Malley. I just know the name and that he's the other democrat. But that's the extent of my knowledge.
There's also John Kasich, the governor of Ohio. Personally, I really like him and agree with the majority of his ideals, however no one knows who he is. He is, in my own personal opinion because of my own personal set of beliefs, the best choice. He's a more liberal republican, who could blur party lines and unite congress and the senate to actually get shit done, but again, no one knows who he is.
This is what I've been thinking about lately. I shit you not. I have spent so many hours in the last month thinking about politics. And talking about politics.

Anyway, that's enough for today.

     ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

Okay so it's Saturday and I have nothing else to add to this post.
I know the purpose of these post is to update you guys on my life, but honestly I'm scotch tape: I'm so dang clear of anything I've got to do.
Rice, we'll hear from you next week?
Gurl please -Rose

Why did Adele cross the road? To say helllllllooooooooooooooo from the oooouuuttttttssssiiiddddddeeeeeee, That's a crap joke. Sorry.

Okay so it's Thursday.

That round story though. It was weird and trippy and like clearly not our best work. I think it's a perfect representation of how I feel these days. No one's ever home anymore and I can't seem to convince myself to go to bed at a reasonable hour and I've been reading a lot of Kurt Vonnegut and let me tell you, that's some weird shit and I've been watching an unreasonable amount of New Girl and it feels like I woke up this morning and I only have a couple semesters left of high school and before I know it everything I've ever known is going to be over and we have a new youth pastor and there's this house that we've past for years on the way to church and it used to be orange and now it's purple and I don't know I'm being really silly and stupid and unreasonable and self centered but it feels like my entire life has decided to change, but like did I say you could that? No sir, I did not. I don't know. I don't like change. I never have.
I've never been a person to live in the present.
I'm in a constant state of looking back. And I know that's a really bad habit. Take Lot's wife, for example, she looked back and got turned into a pillar of salt and that sucks.
I don't know. I just feel like I've grown up a lot in the last couple of months and that scares me because I didn't really want to do that it just kind of happened.
I feel like it was only yesterday that I was in the 7th grade and couldn't go 20 seconds without talking about Harry Potter and I was engaged to an imaginary morbidly obese man named Jaquan Fudge'icle (may he rest in pieces) and we were the Fearsome Foursome, and like, we still are. You guys are my best friends and you always will be but it's just different now, you know?
It's just crazy to me that a year from now I'll be applying to colleges. That is unless I get a really crappy SAT score. And don't say I'll do fine Laura. That's what people who got good SAT scores always say. And do you know what people who get crappy SAT scores say? "Would you like fries with that?"
Anyway, that's enough of my melodramatic nonsense.
Sorry I didn't post last week. I suck.
So that's what's up with me.
Holy crap, so i'm listening to Melanie Martinez and Troye Sivan right now and I literally cannot even. They're both actual perfection. Also, thank you Mercy for always introducing my to wonderful music and making my life just generally better.
I can't wait to see you guys at the end of the month! We can chill in are pajama's and watch Netflix. Like, Netflix and chill, but not Netflix and chill, you know what I'm saying?
That's a;; I've gt for you.
Sorry I'm a self centered bag of ketchup urine. I suck.

Can we all applaud Grace for actually giving this story a plot? Also, I didn't proof read, so sucks.

It was a painfully awkward hug, but Becky loved it nonetheless because it was the epitome of who her father was.

***

Becky, Danny and Jesse stood in the graveyard for what seemed like the millionth time in the last 48 hours. Becky's father had sent her and her friends to salt and burn Taylor's bones as he stayed back to make sure it worked.

"I hate this place." Danny said, voicing all of their thoughts.
"Isn't hate like, an elvish swear word?" Jesse said.
"I don't care, its the truth." Danny said defiantly.
"Alright," Said Becky passing out shovels. "Let's send this ghost back to hell."
After an hour of digging and whining -mostly on Danny's part- the friends finally found Taylor's coffin.
"Jesse," Said Becky, who was breathing heavily. "Can you *breath* hand me the *breath* wrench?" Jesse obeyed. Becky took the wrench and opened the coffin. The friends climbed out of the grave.
Danny poured the salt, while Jesse poured the gasoline.

Becky lit a match and threw it in the grave.

Then she lit another one for good measure. She just wanted all of this nonsense to be over so she could back to her life.
The three friends all sat and watched as Taylor's bones burned.

"Can we go home now?" Danny asked as the bones smoldered out. Becky nodded. The three friends walked arm and arm back to the McGunnigal's house.

***

"Dad?" Becky called, as she walked through the front door. Jesse and Danny had both gone home.
"Becky?" Sir Ernest's voice called from the kitchen.
"We burned the bones dad. Did it work?" Said Becky as she walked into the kitchen.
But it hadn't worked.

Taylor sat chained to the breakfast nook, right where she was when Becky had left. Sir Ernest gave Becky a worried look.
"What?" Becky practically screamed."How could this have happened? You said if we burned her bones she would be destroyed-"
Sir Ernest cut her off, "I said if you burned her bones she might be destroyed. Apparently the thing that's keeping Taylor in this plain of existence isn't her body."
"Don't you just hate when people talk about you like you aren't even there?" Taylor said.
Becky and her father rounded on the ghost.
"Listen up, missy. You're going to tell us what's keeping you here, alright?" Becky commanded.
"Now, why on earth would I do that?" Becky hadn't really thought about why she would do this. I mean, why would anyone help someone figure out the best way to damn them to the very pits of hell?
"Because you're tired." Sir Ernest said.
"Excuse me?" Taylor asked.
"That's right. You cannot enjoy this. You've been carrying around this huge weight of bitterness for over three hundred years. Come on Taylor. That must be exhausting. Give it up. If you tell us what's keeping you here, I might be able to put a good word for you. You know, shave a couple thousand years off of your sentence."
"Yes, but why would I give you the satisfaction of killing me?" Taylor replied.
"Let me do it," Becky replied.
"Beckindwarf, I appreciate the offer. But if salting and burning doesn't work, then a very difficult incantation has to be preformed to the object which is keeping a ghost in this realm. And you're not...you can't..." Sir Ernest's voice trailed off.
"I can do it." Becky said as though she was convincing herself.
"Let the girl do it, Ernest," Taylor said. "What's the worst that could happen? And I am tired. 300 years of plotting revenge is...tiring. And ghosts can't sleep? Did you know that? All I want is a nap. Oh, and maybe some pancakes. Back in my day, we didn't have pancakes. But you know, food just goes right through me. Do you think they have IHop where I'm going?" Becky and Ernest exchanged a look.
"Oh, I'm sure they do." Said Becky, unconvincingly.
"I must fetch my spell book." Said Sir Ernest, as a large leather book came zooming into the kitchen. Sir Ernest flicked through the thick, yellowing pages.
"Ah, here's the incantation, dear." Said Sir Ernest, handing his daughter the book.
Becky cleared her throat and looked down at the page.

Grace? We'll hear from you tomorrow?

Thursday, November 19, 2015

I don't know where this is going. Sorry.

Mercy, you can't complain about Laura and then write the shortest post ever.

Suddenly a deep voice came from the darkness. "Oh, I'm sorry. That might be me."

"Because I'm so cool!" Becky, Danny and Jesse turned around to see Rutherford, the McGunnigal family dragon.

"Oh, Rutherford I forgot you were down here." Becky said.

"Oh it's fine. So did your father. I haven't been fed in months."

"Really? Oh, I'm sorry buddy. These are my friends, Jesse and Danny by the way."

"Hi Becky's friends Jesse and Danny! Any friend of Becky's is a friends of mine!"

Becky had an idea. "Hey, Rutherford?"

"Hey Becky."

"Would you be willing to take us somewhere?"

"Somewhere, like outside?"

"Yeah."

"I get to go outside? I haven't been outside in a century! Oh my goodness!"

***

Becky, Jesse and Danny all lay asleep on Rutherford's back. It had been a long, weird, exhausting night and they were all tired.

Becky had told Rutherford to fly to Danny's house but she had nodded off before she could tell him where that was. So Rutherford just flew around aimlessly, happy for an opportunity to stretch his wings.
Becky awoke first, very disoriented.
"Where are we?" She asked.
"We're in-"

Sorry this was really lame and short. I suck as a human bean.

Rice, we'll hear from you tomorrow maybe?

Sir Ernest Michael McGunnigal XVII is Mr. Darling.

Becky rolled her eyes and flung her hands up, "Fine! But when my dad gives y'all an evil curse or something, don't blame it on me!" she said, turning on her heels and leading the mismatched group back down the road to her big, rambling house...

Sir Ernest Michael McGunnigal XVII sat in his study at his large oak desk. His eyes where open, but unseeing, for he was asleep. Sir Ernest Michael McGunnigal XVII always slept with his eyes open, because that's how all wizards sleep. That is, except for Becky. But, Becky was a wizard. Becky had to be a wizard as far as her father was concerned. Maybe she slept with her eyes closed, and couldn't make so much as a speck of dust disappear, and she burned even the simplest potion, but none of that mattered to Sir Ernest Michael McGunnigal XVII. No child of his would be a muggle. That was simply impossible. Not after what those muggles did to her mother.
Sir Ernest shuddered in his sleep. Perhaps because he was thinking of just this. Or maybe because he was dreaming of a swamp full of turtles, one of which is giving birth right next to him, causing him to be unable to move because he was frozen in fear, but really the only thing I wanted to do was get up and run as far away as possible because it was so gross and I just feel itchy thinking about it it was so gross and weird and just what were we talking about?
Ah, yes.
Sir Ernest shuddered in his sleep. He was a hard man and a harder father, but in this moment, he looked utterly helpless.

All he really wanted was what was best for his daughter. He just didn't really know how to communicate that to her.
Just then there was an echoing knock on the large oak door. Sir Ernest awoke with a start. He rubbed his eyes and grabbed his wand, just in case.
"Enter." He said in his big booming voice.
Becky entered her father's study closing the door behind her.
"Uh, hey so dad." She said awkwardly.
"Uh, hey so Beckindwarf." Sir Ernest replied somewhat coldly.
"So I have an uh, a question for you."
"It could not wait until the morning?"
"No, not really."
"Alright. What is it?"
"It's a magic question."
"Really?" Said Sir Ernest, excitedly. This was it. Becky had finally gotten her powers.  All was right in the world!
"Can you, well, would it be possible to like, bring someone back from the dead?"
Sir Ernest demeanor went back to being cold and guarded. "Of course not. Death is final. Magic cannot touch it."
"But, like what if the person who you where trying to bring back, was like, a ghost or something?"
"Beckindwarf, I do not understand why this could not wait until the morning."
"It's just, because well, you see-" Becky was cut off by an icy voice behind her.
"Because of me." Said Taylor who had just floated through the wall.
"What are you doing here?" Sir Ernest shouted pulling out his wand.
"Dad, no it's fine. This is Taylor, she's a friendly ghost." Said Becky.
"There is no such thing as a friendly ghost. People are meant to die. That's the natural order of things. Only tortured souls remain on this earth."
"But that doesn't mean all ghosts are evil. Maybe some are just hurt."
"That is true, but I can guarantee that this one is evil."
"Why?"
"Because I am." Taylor replied.
"What?" Said Danny's voice from the hallway.
"I was not expecting this." Said Jesse.
"Me either though!" Said Danny.
"Open!" Sir Ernest commanded the door.
Jesse and Danny fell into the room because they both had been leaning on the door.
"Ouch." Said Danny. "Hi, Sir McGunnigal, sir, how are you doing tonight?"

"What are these two idiots doing here?" Sir Ernest demanded.
"Hurtful." Said Jesse.
"These two idiots are my friends, dad and I don't appreciate you calling them that. I mean, it's true. They are idiots. But they're my idiots."
"Thanks...I think." Jesse said.
"Aw, Beck, that was so sweet." Said Danny.

"Uh, so can we get back to the part where I'm evil?" Asked Taylor.
"Oh, yeah sure go ahead. We didn't mean to interrupt. That was kind of rude." Said Jesse.
"It was kind of rude. Back in my day, when I was alive, kids respected their elders. And nowadays, there's just no respect." Said Taylor.
"I know, my mom always says the same thing." Said Danny.
"It sounds your mother and I would be friends." Said Taylor.
"Oh my gosh, I see that. Well, aside from the whole you're an evil ghost lady, and my mom's an elf soccer mom named Carol."
"Right, right, aside from that."
"Anyway, sorry. You're evil?"
"Right." Said Taylor, turning on Sir Ernest. "I may be evil, but I'm not as evil as this man right here." As she spoke, the lights began to flicker and the whole house began to shake. "Sir Ernest Michael McGunnigal XVII, after what you did to me, I've come back to extract my revenge."

Grace, we'll hear from you tomorrow?

In which Rose uses a lot of gifs in protest of Mercy and Laura's lack of gifs and introduces Danny the goth elf who bakes cookies in trees.

Well, it's Thursday.  I'm pretty freaking excited to write this story, but I might screw it up because I'm in a really trippy mood, so I apologize in advance.

Jesse turned to Becky, opening his mouth to say something, when suddenly...

...two hands came out of nowhere and grabbed Jesse's neck.

Jesse screamed.

Becky turned around so fast she felt dizzy.

And saw....

That the person seemingly trying to kill Jesse...

Was...

...Becky and Jesse's other best friend Danny.

Danny was an elf. Not this kind of elf.

Danny was the kind of elf that baked cookies in trees.

Kind of. His family owned a bakery on the edge of The Enchanted Forest. So Danny was technically the kind of elf that baked cookies near trees.

Danny was the 11th born of 21 children. He was smack dab in the middle. His family was a happy bunch was who always smiling. They didn't laugh, they chortled. And sang and danced and never frowned.

Danny wasn't that kind of elf. He was rebellious. He was a goth. (Or a punk. Which word do the kiddo's use these days?) He didn't always smile, sometimes he smirked. And, if you can believe it, he even kind of understood sarcasm. Kind of. Somewhat. Not really. Danny, wasn't really a goth. He wanted to be but he was more like a bad Peter Pan punk edit. He tried a little bit too hard. In an endearing kind of way. Most of his family just chortled off his "rebellion" because it really was kind of pathetic. Most of his attempts to "stick it to the man" went unnoticed. His one and only noticeable rebellion was having everyone call him Danny. Because his birth name, Dandy, wasn't punk rock enough.

Danny let go of Jesse's neck and was bent over chortling for a solid minute, while pushed air back into his lungs.

Danny's laughter was infectious. Becky started giggling.

And even Jesse couldn't help but crack a smile.

"Hey Jess, how are ya feelin'?" Danny asked with a giggle.

"You're the worst." Jesse said.

"I know." Said Danny turning his attention to Becky. "Becky Orlando O'Donnell." (Okay so I know how Laura said Becky's dad's last name was McGunnigal, but she never specifically said that that was Becky's last name and it's really important to me that she has these initials, because I think it's really funny and I'm really tired. So just go with me on this. I'll come up with a back story for why she has a different last name than her dad later on, okay?)

"How are you today?"

"I'm just dandy, Dandy." Said Becky. Danny playfully shoved Becky for the use of his real name.

"So, are we going to do this, or what?" Said Danny. The mood suddenly went from zero to sixty in less that two seconds. The three friends began their somber walk to the graveyard in silence.

The silence continued through the large Gothic gates of the Salem Township Graveyard, and down the rows and rows of graves. Becky couldn't help but squirm when she thought of all the bodies decaying just 6 feet below her feet. All the people. All the stories. All below her, slowly turning to dust. Becky was allergic to dust. So it was strange to think that one day she would be nothing but a pile of the hateful stuff that made her sneeze.

Jesse stopped somewhat abruptly causing Becky to walk right into him, and  fall over.

"Are you okay?" Jesse asked helping her up.

"Oh I'm just fine. Thanks for asking." Said a voice from behind Danny making them all jump...

So this kind of sucked...Grace I trust you to salvage this story tomorrow.

Gurl please. -Rose.

I'm a wackadoodle, okay?

Well it's Thursday.

Sorry I forgot to post last week. I suck as a human bean.

I'm going to psychoanalyze your posts now because I've been taking an intro to psych course and it's super interesting and since I've done like half of it I'm totally qualified, right?

Grace: Your post was full of passive aggression and underlying messages. I sense some deep seeded anger that needs to be dealt with before you literally turn into the Hulk. That's how the Hulk happened, right? I don't know I could never sit through that entire movie, it was too boring and weird.

Is this the hulk or the Green Giant guy?

Laura: I'm clearly unqualified to handle all of your issues. You should see a therapist. Like a real actual therapist. You're just a mess.

Mercy: I don't know if post concert depression is a real disease that's recognized by the medical community, but I definitely think it can be solved by watching This is Us and binge eating all the candy you're supposed to give to children on Halloween.

So now that I'm done giving out unwarranted advice to others let's talk about my problems.

Where to start? Uh, okay. So I have this problem/condition/disorder I like to refer to as Obsessive Compulsive Wikipedia Spirals, wherein I, both obsessively and compulsively, hide from my responsibilities/feelings by reading an entire Wikipedia page. Usually it's the entire page of something really morbid, like the Columbine shooting, or Kurt Cobain's suicide. Or random things like the Terri Schiavo case, and Terri's Law and basically everything about and pertaining to Terri Schiavo. Or I just skip about from page to page hoping to feel whole inside again.

Segway
So I've been trying to convince my mom to let me get a cat. Once Pippin dies of course.Because I actually like cats because they're fairly low maintenance and clinically insane like me.

I've decided to get a calico because look at these cats.

This one has seen things.
They're freaking perfect. I'm going to name mine Cymbeline and call it Symba, so I can arise every morning and hold it up over my head like that scene in Lion King on pride rock.

In this scenario I'm the creepybutsmart? monkey man. And Symba is Symba except like a cat. Like a real cat. Not like a cartoon cat. Do you get the picture?

So I recently (and by recently I mean today) purchased a book of short stories by F. Scott Fitzgerald because he's my favorite author and I love him. And in this book of short stories is The Curious Case of Benjamin Button which I recently (and by recently I mean today) discovered is by Mr. Fitzgerald. You've probably heard of the Curious Case of Benjamin Button movie which came out a couple years ago (if you haven't: it's about a guy who ages backwards and it's really strange) and was popular. Anyway the short story is really good and you (and by you I mean Grace because let's be honest Laura doesn't have the time and Mercy doesn't have the attention span) should read it.

So that's all I've got for you today.

Grace, we'll hear from you tomorrow?

Gurl please -Rose
