Well, technically it's Monday evening, but that's irrelevant. This new school years got me all like 'wow lets do stuff.'

Anyway I'm going to reply to your posts now.

Grace- I liked your post because it had a point but it was short. which are nice kinds of posts.

It is only appropriate way to listen to this song with volume full-blast while belting out the chorus. There is no other way.

So lately I've been thinking lately about how much music and musicians can affect you and how it can be positive or negative.

Like my mom always has K-LOVE playing when she drives me to school and that always puts me in a good mood and I go into school with a really happy attitude, with the mind-set of wanting to be nice and show God's love to my friend and so-forth.

But then I also listen to the radio a lot, and that's not always a bad thing but I mean, a lot of the music is worse than some of the other music so then if the song is catchy and stuff, you want to sing it and listen to it more but then you're like 'wait what am I doing' and it really can have a bad effect on you.

and I mean I know you gurls already know this but I've just been thinking about it a lot lately because I listen to a lot of rap/r&b and that sometimes has a bad effect on me and even if I like the music, I don't like what it does to me as a person and I don't think we realize just how much music can effect us in such a subtle way.

Like I mean obviously we realize when like it's amazing music and we get so inspired or moved or helped by it, but if it's just a catchy song with bad lyrics we don't really realize and we're like 'oh yeah this is so fun to sing la la la' and then we start singing it around the house

and we're like

WHAT AM I SINGING

or we don't really care when we hear like, worse songs than that, we're like 'oh yeah they're talking about that, no big deal' when really it should be a big deal. You get what I'm saying??

ANYWAY I'm only talking about all of this because my babies, One Direction, released their new song (for freeeeeeee cuz they're bae) Fireproof and it's complete and utter perfection and it just reminded me about how much their music has personally helped me.

When I found out about One Direction I was going through a really hard time and their music actually, seriously helped me- I mean, it wasn't the only thing that helped me, duh, but it was one of the main things that did and for that I am eternally grateful. WHICH IS WHY I love them so much so Laura and Grace- y'all can stop being such pansies (code for H A T E R S) about my boys. And I mean the fact that they're a set of extremely talented, sweet, sincere, wonderful, charming, and ATTRACTIVE young men- that all adds to me loving them as well,

SO YEAH that's all I have to say today.

I was far too serious today. But I used gif's of my babies so it makes up.

ANYWAY I gotta run (not actually run because I don't run okay) but y'all get the point.
